The indoor Hot Tub in the premium suite was a unique and beautiful touch that was a pleasant surprise since it wasn't shown in any of the 164 photos on Booking. The service was top-notch, going above and beyond in every aspect, from remembering our breakfast orders to booking restaurants for us with the best tables. The location was simply perfect, right in the center of Fira but still quiet and private, close to great restaurants and offering fantastic Caldera views. The dining experience was really nice with good coffee and delicious yogurt and fruits. Overall, a fantastic experience with some minor room for improvement on the dining front.
